We are pleased to inform you that the issue with the XENVM node related to failed hard drives has been successfully resolved. Our team has rebuilt the RAID array, and all data has been fully recovered.
Please note that due to the complexity of the recovery process, it took approximately over 6 hours to restore the data from the failed drives. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
