As part of our service improvement scheme we are migrating our customers to new nodes and we will contact you individually, if your service is affected, your VM IPv4 address will be changed or updated.
In return you will receive the following improvement on your service:
- access to control panel to manage your VM account, you will be able to start, restart, stop and reload the VM;
- all affected customers will get the semi-managed support* as part of their service;
- IPv6 addresses will be available at no extra cost;
- faster processor and more cores on the new nodes;
